  • Children's Crafty Birthday Party

    Our 2 hour crafty parties are available for groups of 8 and above from age 6. We'll choose 2 age appropriate activities (with your help) for your party, and your special person & their friends will enjoy exclusive use of our studio. We'll throw in some finger foods to keep the crew happy between activities. Example activities include: Decoupage tea light holders Block print a tote bag Pottery painting (small additional fee) Wrapping & decorating a woolly sheep hanging Twirly felted pencils or wands Crazy mosaic mirrors (suitable for older children 11+) Beaded bracelets Bath bombs PomPom rabbits Festival hair ties Mini books Cost: £240 for up to 8 children, additional children £25 each. Everything's included, just turn up, grab a coffee and settle in! You can bring along a Birthday cake or we can bake it for you (Lemon, Chocolate, Red Velvet or Victoria Sponge £15) which will feed approx 10-12 children Get in touch to check availability!

  • Private offsite Party - Flower Crowns

    Flower Crowns (2hrs) £60pp Dried Flowers are making a massive come-back! We all secretly love to rock a cool flower crown. It brings out the Bohemian hippy in us or the Cotswold dream of dancing in wild flower fields like a fairy nimph. Spend a wonderful couple of hours selecting your flowers and foliage and gently craft together your stunning flower crown. Complete with a pretty ribbon to secure at the back. No need for any previous experience, Melinda & Emma will guide you through the process, and will be on hand to help!

  • Bath Bombs

    It's just one of those things you need to tick off the 'To Do List' - How to make your own bath bombs. Why? Because like candles, what's not to love about using essential oils, beautiful petals and rainbow colours? Knowing what is in our skincare is increasingly important so making your own is the perfect solution. You will leave with a set of bath bombs (and the metal casings so you can continue to make more at home!) good enough to gift... but will you be able to part with them!? Dates: Sunday 20th July 2-4pm

  • Private 60th Party: Candle Making

    Once you learn how to make them, you’ll wonder why you never tried before. During this three-hour workshop, you will learn how to create four poured candles. Each candle will be uniquely scented, in your favourite colours, and topped off with some subtle decorations to really create the wow factor. Get creative with colour choices or go pure and simple with classy ivory. Great for gifts, or keep and treasure! You’ll be glowing with pride after you have made your candles. PRIVATE PARTY

  • Metal embossing - July summer special

    Come along for a few hours of mindful making in this summer special. No drawing confidence needed — you can bring designs with you to trace over & we’ll also provide a selection of templates and plenty of encouragement. Your finished pieces can be used on cards (we'll have a selection for you included) as hanging decorations, framed or set in a mini wooden frame (included) Perhaps add a date to commemorate a special occasion such as a wedding or big birthday. This session is a lovely way to slow down, get creative and enjoy a little time making something elegant and very satisfying. All materials provided. All our evening workshops include a Larkswold Cocktail (alcoholic & non-alcoholic options) alongside some savoury vegetarian nibbles. Our bar will be open for any additional purchases. Friday 24th July 7-8.30/9pm

  • Leather dog collar & lead

    So many of us have important four-legged friends in our family that we've decided to dedicate a workshop to them! Local leather worker Tracy will join us for a 4 hour session where you will make a leather dog collar & co-ordinating lead. Once booked in you will choose the size & leather colour for the collar. The leather is combined with a felt backing, so you can get creative! Colour choices: Olive & Raspberry Tan & Marine Teal & Mustard Red & Grey On the day you will: *Learn how to add the hardware to the collar & add the buckle using a tool called a crew *Discover how to cut, burn and cap off the end of the dog leash rope which you will stitch securely before adding the handle and the hardware (trigger/O-ring). *Learn how to do the ‘whipping’ with the coloured paracord threads, which you choose on the day, to compliment the set & make it truly unique Tracy will also bring brass embossing letters so leather elements can be personalised. 2026 Dates: Friday 15th May 9.30-1.30pm

  • Potato: Sunday 13th Sept 10.30-3pm

    Arrive at 10.30am. Once you are fueled with a hot drink and a slice of homemade cake you can choose either metal embossed decorations or candle making. Metal embossing is a relaxing craft using thin metal (silver or gold) to create decorations or embellishments for frames or cards. or Scented candle making: you will make 2 x 9cl candles, learning how to combine scent and colour before pouring your very own candles to take home. A leisurely stop to enjoy a delicious lunch of quiche and a selection of salads, then on to experiment with block printing on scrap fabric to get a feel of the process before moving on to your chosen item – either a tote bag or a tea towel. You’ll be able to choose your colours, layouts and patterns to make the perfect unique memento to take home. Round things off in style with a glass of fizz, before heading home with your finished creation.

  • Marble & Terrazzo Coasters: July special

    Step into a calm, creative evening and unwind with our Modern Mineral Marble & Terrazzo Coaster Workshop, where texture, pattern, and mindful making come together beautifully. From 7–9pm, you’ll be guided through the process of creating two stunning round coasters, each with its own unique finish. You’ll explore the soft, flowing elegance of a marble technique, followed by the playful, contemporary charm of a terrazzo design, resulting in a perfectly paired set that feels both modern and timeless. This workshop is designed to be relaxing, sociable, and quietly inspiring. Whether you come alone or with a friend, you’ll find yourself settling into the rhythm of mixing, pouring, and creating in a space that encourages you to slow down and enjoy the process. We’ll be working with the Apex water-based eco-friendly resin, a quick-curing, no-odour medium that allows you to see your creations come to life within the session. It’s incredibly satisfying, a little bit addictive, and opens the door to so many future creations. No experience is needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to have a go. Lou will guide you every step of the way, sharing tips, techniques, and a few creative secrets along the journey. You will also be required to do some wet and dry sanding. What you’ll create: One marble-effect coaster with soft, fluid detailing One terrazzo-style coaster with modern, textured character Together they are a beautifully coordinated pair to take home and enjoy Expect a gentle, feel-good evening filled with creativity, conversation, and that little spark of excitement as your designs reveal themselves. Come and discover just how joyful working with mineral resin can be, you may leave with more than just coasters… you might just find your new favourite creative escape.   • Paint a Folk Art Inspired Platter

    Let your mind unwind and your creative style flow during this 3 hour Folk Art inspired ceramic decorating workshop.   During this custom-made session, you will be guided through the pattern designing of your platter. You may apply your own style, use block print stamps for inspiration or if you prefer, we will supply a stencil of a beautiful design ready to go. This will be followed by exploring the underglaze and painting & brush stroke techniques. Throughout the workshop you will be guided step by step on how to build your pattern and colour with insightful personalised tuition. This beautiful statement piece is sure to be centre stage of any table and what a conversation starter it will become when you casually confess you made it yourself!   All the materials you will need are included, however if you have some fine paintbrushes you are particularly partial to, please bring them along. Your finished creation will be left with us at the end of the session so that it can be clear-glazed and fired to make it long-lasting and food safe. Your platter will be ready to collect 7-10 days later. Dates Saturday 22nd August 10-1pm

  • March Hare Ceramic Sculpture

    Unlock your creativity and sculpt a marvellous clay March hare with Robyn at Larkswold. This fun and tactile activity is perfect for anyone looking to get absorbed in a new art form. Robyn will guide you step by step so no one gets left behind, and it's a lot easier than you might think! We have tried and tested this workshop and love the way the hares emerge out of seemingly random shapes! All the materials you need are included, and your finished creation will be glazed and fired for you - which takes a little time due to drying and glazing, but we expect it to be 3-4 weeks (quicker in warmer weather & a bit slower in colder weather!) Not suitable for children under the age of 14. Come and join us for a unique, fun and engaging artistic experience!   • Private Hen Party: Dried Flower Wreaths

    Join us to learn how to make a stunning dried flower wreath. We have everything you need to make your own unique wreath which will bring the joy of summer into your home all year round. We start with a handmade willow wreath which is pre-made for you and then a large selection of foliage and dried flowers to create a wreath unique to you. You'll be gently guided step by step, and help is on hand as much (or as little!) as you like. As ever your session will include plenty of teas and freshly ground coffee, plus our homemade cakes. You'll also have the option of a glass of bubbly to round of your time with us! What's not to love?!

  • Willow Sculpture

    Always an incredibly popular craft. Come away with a willow hare or heron (or something else?) to place in your garden or house. The course runs from 10.00-4.30 & includes lunch. This workshop is relaxed and friendly, limited to 8 guests to allow for plenty of tutor-time, and we include a light lunch, plus as many drinks and slices of freshly baked cake as you require throughout the day. Clare Shivlock is a wonderful basket tutor as well as willow sculpture tutor, she also grows her own willow! She will take you through the process of creating your chosen subject and will help you to achieve it in the time given so everyone goes home with a finished sculpture.
