Holy Cow: we went viral!

This Week's Exciting Milestone: We Went Viral on Instagram!

This week has been nothing short of exhilarating for us! We are thrilled to share that we have finally gone viral on Instagram, gaining a whopping 2,000 followers overnight and racking up an incredible 200,000 views on our mini bookmaking reel. It feels like a dream come true, and we can’t help but feel like little kids again, constantly refreshing our phones to watch our follower count soar and see those hundreds of additional followers added every hour.

The Journey to This Moment

For the past five years, Emma has poured her heart and soul into our social media presence, crafting beautiful and authentic content that truly reflects our passion. Her dedication and hard work have finally paid off, and this milestone feels particularly special. We are grateful for every like, comment, and follow, and we can't wait to continue sharing our journey with all of you. I know - sounds a bit blur (please stop gushing) but when you create such lovely content and someone who is getting millions of views because they have a crazy batsh*t dog or cat it feels justified) ....sorry not sorry :-)

A Perfect Celebration

To top off this incredible achievement, we enjoyed a morning of networking which is always a total laugh in our studio. We include toffee cake made by the awesome Holly as part of the breakfast buffet - because frankly - cake is an excellent breakfast snack as everyone who scoffed it agreed! We then had a lovely afternoon out yesterday at Compton Verney meeting Emma and Emily to discuss a program of adult craft workshops to compliment some of their up and coming events.

It was the perfect way to celebrate our newfound success and take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come. Surrounded by nature and good company, we felt inspired and motivated to keep creating and sharing more amazing content. It was doubley funny as we turned up and bumped into Richard who we know works at Compton and our fellow crafters Ian and Emma who deliver strawcraft workshops for us.

All topped off with Emma trying to zip on her new glitter kicks boots outside the entrance to get some more footage (I did then need to bring her her Doc Martens because she couldn’t walk back to the car as the shoes were impossible to walk in)

Clearly the noise at the end is Emma deciding she can't carry on walking!
