Step away from the Christmas rush and enjoy a relaxing Cyanotype workshop designed to let you play and create some beautiful unique art pieces using both the classic cyanotype process and the wet cyanotype process which uses oxides, salts and pigments to encourage more creative play. Make a selection of prints, gift tags and a bookmark, perfect for gifting or keeping as a special reminder of your creative day. Whether you are totally new to cyanotypes or have tried them before, this relaxed session is designed to inform, inspire and encourage playful exploration. All materials are provided - just bring yourself and your enthusiasm. Suitable for complete beginners age 16+ Let Hannah introduce you to the basic principles of cyanotype Wet processing, a technique that enables you to use oxides, salts and pigments to create beautiful and unique photographic prints. You will find the technique to be fun, creative and experimental. Please wear clothes you are happy to get messy in as the chemicals can stain - but we do provide aprons! All the materials are included - just bring yourself and your enthusiasm. As with all our workshops, you'll enjoy our homemade cakes and bottomless teas, coffees, or cold drinks - a glass of bubbly will be served towards the end of the session to complete your experience with us. 2026 Dates: Saturday 12th December 2-5pm (you could also choose to spend the day with us, doing Block Printing in the morning, break for a homemade lunch, then enjoy Cyanotype 2-5pm.
