Paint a Christmas Inspired Platter

Service Description

Let your mind unwind and your creative style flow during this 3 hour ceramic decorating workshop. During this custom-made session, you will be guided through the pattern designing of your platter. You may apply your own style and use a paper printing technique or if you prefer, we will supply stencils of beautiful designs ready to go. This will be followed by exploring the underglazes with painting, sponging & brush stroke techniques. Throughout the workshop you will be guided step by step on how to build your pattern and colour with insightful personalised tuition. This beautiful statement piece is sure to be centre stage of any Christmas table, just imagine a stack of warm & inviting mince pies adorning your hand decorated platter! All the materials you will need are included, however if you have some fine paintbrushes you are particularly partial to, please do bring them along. Your finished creation will be left with us at the end of the session so that it can be clear glazed and fired to make it long lasting and food safe. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION If you cancel the booking, we reserve the right to impose cancellation charges as follows: Ten (10) days or more before the date of the Workshop, Larkswold will work with you to move the booking to an alternative date or workshop (subject to any additional charges that may apply resulting from the alternative date or workshop chosen). Suppose an alternative date or workshop cannot be agreed upon at the time of cancellation. In that case, Larkswold will issue you with a credit to the value of the Workshop (“Workshop Credit”), which you can use towards the cost of an alternative workshop of your choice (subject to availability) and which shall be valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue. If you fail to rebook an alternative workshop within this period, all rights are forfeited; To cancel, you just need to let us know.
