Service Description
A hands on 3 hour class spent decorating an edible gingerbread wreath. We will provide you with the pre baked gingerbread elements that you will then enhance and decorate. Step by step demonstrations at each stage. Skills acquired during this workshop will include basic royal icing piping, making decorative sugar flowers, holly leaves, marzipan decorations and assembly of your wreath and the finishing touches of material ribbon and tie. Guests will take home the finished wreath that they create during this workshop together with recipes. All materials and ingredients are included plus a board and box to transport your wreath home. Bring your apron along to feel right at home, or borrow one of ours!
